IMG_4560Swoll Media’s Sara Palmer received an award called “The Perpetual Motion Machine” shortly after completing her graduate thesis, her first trail marathon and her yoga teacher training all at the same time. This recognition is more than an award – it’s a lifestyle. Yoga has always brought balance to these moving parts, and TRX brought strength. Her TRX and vinyasa yoga classes integrate strength and balance with movement and flow, pushing clients to become stronger and more flexible in both mind and body. Don’t let her mellow vibe and goofy sense of humor fool you – she is here to make you sweat, all while tossing out mildly (or wildly) inappropriate jokes.
