Swoll Media knows your audience, because we are your audience. We are not only active participants in the health and fitness industry, we’re teachers and instructors, too!

IMG_4560Swoll Media’s Sara Palmer received an award called “The Perpetual Motion Machine” shortly after completing her graduate thesis, her first trail marathon and her yoga teacher training all at the same time. This recognition is more than an award – it’s a lifestyle. Yoga has always brought balance to these moving parts, and TRX brought strength. Her TRX and vinyasa yoga classes integrate strength and balance with movement and flow, pushing clients to become stronger and more flexible in both mind and body. Don’t let her mellow vibe and goofy sense of humor fool you – she is here to make you sweat, all while tossing out mildly (or wildly) inappropriate jokes.

Testimonials:

“I have yet to find a motion in life that yoga doesn’t benefit. Equally adept at interval training and dispensing strategies for Nutella consumption, Sara’s teaching style is both easy going and experiential, providing individualized adjustments and modifications that modulate the pace of yoga for everyone in class. Sara’s principles of alignment and nasal breathing enabled me to build real structural integrity with benefits that apply to any physical challenge life may offer.” – Evan

“Sara is by far my favorite yoga instructor. I am an athlete and fellow yoga instructor, and I loved how her classes were both peaceful and physically challenging. Her teaching style definitely connects with students in a meaningful and positive way.” – Beth

“Sara helped me to reach a level of comfort and skill in yoga that I didn’t think was possible. She develops a supportive and always fun atmosphere that still manages to challenge me and keep me striving toward greater goals. Sara inspired me to embrace my personal practice rather than competing against my expectations for myself. This has allowed me to approach each class as a new opportunity to meet my needs with Sara there to encourage.” – Michelle
